Culture is the result of human creativity that develops revolutionary in accordance with the times. Culture is the expression of human creativity that always maximizes the ratio and intuition for a more meaningful life in this world. Culture is not limited by space and time. Almost all human beings like their local culture and traditions especially and culture of megapolitan generally. Along with advances in technology, the culture, too, evolved significantly. Technology can be a destroyer of culture or vice versa can be a reinforcement of culture. Japanese nation is a good example where national culture is still preserved intact despite such rapid technological development. Japanese strong nation still maintain the tradition and culture in addition to the creation of technological prowess. They have a "need for achievement" high in the world of technology, they also have a filter to maintain its local culture and traditions.
Almost all nations in the world with one another to develop its local culture, although not a few among the nations of the world experiencing "culture shock". As the most noble creatures created by God, then humans must always be grateful to blessings and mercy of God for the given reason and kindness in people.
